The American gov't chooses to kill millions of Americans rather than provide medical services, they are serial killers. Why do we give them our tax money? Think twice about it next time.

I am sure Bernie would love your arguments, although he might recoil at the elimnination of cities in your commentary. But if Congress can ignore mass shootings of children, why would they care about a few American cities.
